Made appointment for a oil change and was told it would still take 1.5 to 2 hours. Why make an appointment if it's going to take that long for a simple oil change Won't be back.

This was the worst experience I've ever had in your service department. The service writer's body language and tone of voice lead me to believe that I was an inconvenience. I was talked down to and didn't feel as though my concerns were heard nor was I taken seriously. My broken handle was not addressed, and although I understand the tech must replicate the concern, I was never taken seriously or listened to. I was told "we will let the tech make that call and he will decide if it's broken". My father in law is an ASE master certified tech with over 35 years experience and advised me the handle was indeed clicking- like I told the service advisor. It took over 35 minutes for me to check in, and there was no line. The service advisors behavior and attitude was a major turn off. If I ever had to deal with him again, I would drive out of my way to Larson or Dixon Toyota to avoid your service department again.

Couple things. I was told it was ready and when I came to get it wasn’t around waiting for me. They still had to wash it which. I would have thought that would have been done before I had arrived. Also I was told I need new filters and when I picked it up they weren’t replaced.

Nic helped me navigate an odd warranty situation that involved a denial by Titus Will to allow Toyota Puyallup to do the work. Nic was very professional and advocate for me. I wished Toyota Puyallup could have done the work.

When my vehicle was ready and parked out front, I waited 10 to 15 minutes for them to bring my keys and the bill. I then went to the cashier and asked her if she could get them for me. She was gracious and went and got them for me. Overall, I’m very pleased with the dealership. This was the first time I had to wait for my vehicle that was ready.

My car was running perfect until I brought it in for recall work. You had my car for a week and completed the recall work (6 recalls) and now my car is making a grinding noise when I’m above 45 miles an hour. I’m extremely unsatisfied with your service and will not be recommending you to anyone unless your service department corrects this without charge. This is a huge hassle and is taking time out of my already busy schedule

After multiple calls about recalls, I set my appointment to have them taken care of, as well as a 90k service. When I arrived at the service center I told them I would be waiting. I was told it would be 5-6 hours: 1 1/2 for the 90k, 3 for one recall and 1 for the other recall. I waited. After 6 hours without an update I inquired about the status. At 7 hours Jacob came out and told me “You do need both recalls and we’ve ordered the parts” and that I would have to set another appointment to have them done. I don’t know why I was waiting seven hours? I should’ve been informed that the parts were not in stock much earlier. Jacob did apologize, said they were very busy, and was surprised I wasn’t updated earlier in the day. I’ve been a long time customer and have always been satisfied, but was disappointed in this particular service.

All was YERY good except the inside cleaning you normally do. They didn’t touch the dirty front seat arm rests, seats, nor dash. If it wasn’t for your normal it wouldn’t be expected. as it is expected it didn’t happen today.
