That **** took forever. It's embarrassing that it took 2 hours to do a typical oil change and courtesy inspection. Just purely pathetic. Probably awful management to somehow do such a bad job at appointments to overbook so immensely. Why does Jiffy Lube take 20 minutes to do an oil change and a dealership takes 2 hours? The 'experts' of these vehicles, and somehow take more than 3 times as long. Just sad.
They changed payment processing so I had to wait for paperwork before paying. They did good.

Eight years of your shop maintaining our Toyotas and selling us more than a few new vehicles. The quality service and good deals are bested by the forthright friendly employees.

Very professional and completed in a timely manner. My Tacoma has the oil filter in a hard to get to place. Most places dump oil all over the frame and rock guard. Your mechanics did a great job and all is clean. They also did not over fill the oil. Thank you.

It took a month and a half just to get an appointment for an oil change, then I get there 15 min early to check in that was interesting. A hour and a half for a oil change seems a little lengthy, I see my car come around front and I wait to be called then I figure I will get my card out and I am standing waiting when a gentleman walks by a asked what I need I let him know I would like to pay for the device and go home he goes back and lets me know they will be right with me. The kind young lady asked if anyone told me I needed 2 tires and filter and other services I let her know I talked to no one and at this point I just wanted to go home. I don’t understand how when I have a coupon for an oil change for 19.99 from you that I pay taxes on 100.00 service that’s not right. Needless to say the whole experience was a debacle
