Jessica is vibrant and connects well with you, very personable. Everything we discussed was completed except for my request to get a quote on replacing the tire sensor. A tech person evidently said the light on the dash flashed. It did not stay on like I noted. With me, it came on when I started the car, and stayed on till the car was turned off at home. There was no flashing. Now I need to make a second appointment to get a price quote. It is the second time I’ve asked for a quote, and haven’t received one yet.

After my car had been washed and parked, my service advisor came out to inform that a new cabin and engine filter were recommended. I asked to see the current ones. She seemed surprised, but went to get mechanic, and they both walked me across parking lot ( I’m disabled ). I stood there while mechanic removed engine filter. It was LIKE NEW! The cabin filter was a little dirty, so I approved replacement. In the past, the service advisor would bring out the filters to waiting room and discuss replacement. They need to begin doing that again! Didn’t appreciate being told the engine filter needed replaced ( I don’t believe the mechanic had even looked at prior to me asking to see it ). Doesn’t put a lot of faith in a dealership that I’ve been coming to for over 20 years.
The work done on my car was fine, as always.
When I dropped it off for service I was asked by the service rep if I would like it washed. I was happy to know that this little perk had been reinstated, and accepted the offer. But when the car was returned it has not been washed. It's not a big thing, just a little disappointment.
