Got me in same day. Cost of maintenance less than advertised on website. Wait time less than I was told it would be
I assume everything went OK with my service. I was up talking to the dealers the whole time so I don't really know whether they had any problems or not. I ended up trading in my car on this day, so it was relatively irrelevant.

I would like a copy of the warranty on the tires that Stacy Ivchenko showed me. The paperwork said the tires had 60,000 miles and 6 years warranty. I didn't get a copy of the warranty with my paperwork. Joan T

Two hours to do an oil change on a 2011 Toyota Corolla is ridiculous!! And that didn’t even include a car wash. Your people have no regard to customers time. No apology was ever given when my husband questioned why the service was taking so long. This is not what we expect from Toyota, good customer service should be expected especially when paying the high price for an oil change. Very disappointed!
The check in service person said my car would be washed,but it wasn't. Other than that, the service was fine.
The service was great! Anastasia was very cordial and answered all my questions and explained why I should replace the tires. They did need to be replaced.

Looks like I need to schedule another appointment, it is leaking oil fluid on the garage floor again, this happened a couple of appointments ago as well.
