Waiting hour and a half and needed to leave without truck washed took 15 min to find my keys . Seamed disorganised and i had to wait 30 days to get apointnent for oil change on top of all that. Im not ever one to complain but for these reasons if i did buy another truck i would not be happy with service later on unless things are corrected . Kerry has always ran a tight ship and i doubt she would be happy with this.

The service was good but a quoted 1-1/2 hour wait turned into 3 hours.
Unless you folks are considering changing the dependability and reasonable pricing practices, we will still consider you as our first choice for our car service. Please always consider the customer as top priority...not a by-product like a lot of independents do. Thank you for being there! Steve & Barb Ruff

Very polite reception and work was completed on time. However, the offer of a car wash was one I will never take them up on again. Truck looked abused in a couple spots, and was so comically dirty and barely half-washed that I felt compelled to immediately take it to a professional car wash service. My recommendation is that this "service" be pulled and never offered to customers again.
