I asked for an oil change and the cashier indicated I got something else called “full service”. Not sure what difference is other than they could charge more?
Not a fan of the form for requesting service. Wanted oil change and wanted me to purchase something else or schedule something else. The change from the prior version not good.

Would have preferred that the luggage light had been plugged back in when Toyota of Puyallup fixed the charge port door hinge. Would have saved us two days of appointments and work for Toyota of Puyallup.
