Unfortunately the technician did not detect an issue with the Sienna not detecting the key fobs properly. But when my wife left with the vehicle, it started erroring again. So maybe the technician didn’t let the Sienna run long enough to give the error a chance to manifest itself…

I was satisfied with all but one thing. Everyone was very friendly and the actual service appt was great. Here is the only thing. I told them that my cruise control was not working. The service rep told me that it willl not work on the rain. But I don't think they even checked it even though it was not raining yesterday. When I picked up my car today I tried it on my way home and it is still not working. It is also not raining today. So I feel that just got blown off.

This was the second time I have had service performed and the vehicle was completed for an extended period of time but not made available to myself or the service advisor. My first appointment the vehicle had been done for an hour and I was sitting in the dealership waiting. I did not get the vehicle until my advisor returned from lunch and saw me in the lobby and asked why I was still waiting. This time I called at 305pm and was told the vehicle had just finished and all that was left was the paperwork. I arrived at your dealership @ 4pm (I am an on duty paramedic) waited in line, the service advisor did not know the vehicle was done, and it took 20 minutes to get the paperwork done when the vehicle had been ready for over an hour. At least this time I got an inspection report, had they given me one at the first appt, I would not have needed a second because I would have had that service done at the same time.

My service included rotating tires prior to coming to Puyallup Toyota. I mark the front tires. Just ensure that they were actually rotated when I picked up the car it was dark. I couldn't see my marks. When I did get home I noticed they didn't bother rotating the tires. Now I get to spend my time getting my tires rotated when it should have been done the first time. And by the way, it showed on the receipt that the tires are rotated. It's a big lie now. I'm wondering if they even change the oil filter? Who knows

Everything was great except for when they put oil back in my car . They spilt some on my engine so all the way home I smelt burnt oil. Took it to the car wash and washed it off.

We had an appointment for an oil change, while waiting for the services to be completed i was informed that my vehicle was found to be unsafe to drive. According to the technician they found dangerous issues with the lift kit and skid plate. I was advised to not drive it and to have it towed. I called my husband who was able to come down to the dealership along with the manager of the location that installed the lift kit. After meeting with your other technicians it was determined that there was not an immediate dangerous problem and it was safe to drive. I found this very disturbing that we went from one extreme to the other. How does this happen?
