I never wait more than an hour. I waited 126 minutes (2 hours 6 minutes) I also received Mixed messages before, during -and after my appt.
Coffee and hot chocolate service was broken, to adddinsult.
A clerk named Stacey was warm, exceedingly kind, though, and well mannered throughout this difficult experience
I was disappointed that the punchcard system was no longer in existence, since I was only one away from getting a free oil change. I wish they would’ve publicize this. Otherwise, I was completely satisfied by the service I received.

Have a manufacturer issue with headlights being too high and there is a fix that can be done to correct it but was told I would be charged 60$ just to adjust them.

I did get top-notch service at Toyota of Tacoma. Everyone I spoke with, was both courteous and responsible answers to my questions were always answered relatively quickly and results to my satisfaction and driving home this afternoon I was feeling good the whale was taken care of.
No need for a call. Pick up time was supposed to be 5pm. At 4:45 I called to check on progress and was told it would be ready by 5. I arrived shortly after 5 and spoke with someone other than Elizabeth and told them I had arrived. They said the paperwork was not ready yet, so I advised them that I would wait in the waiting area( I had my 3 and 5 year old with me). I waited until 5:45 before going back to check on it and it apparently had been ready the entire time. I never recieced a call, although I assume that was because I had called first? It was frustrating to wait when I didn’t need to.
She was humorous and got the job done
My windshield wipers were newly replaced about 2 weeks ago, the technician recommended me to replace them again. I am not happy with that.
