Everything was great, however my car was not washed.
The customer service was great but I had to wait for 3 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation.my truck was done waiting outside for 20 minutes before I had to go up and ask to pay.reason was all the techs went to lunch.

I spent $1800 at your dealership on a new but Oder classic car that I just purchased. Your front desk guy said upon paying that after the service would be finished that I should be “Good to go for a loooong time” and then when I get my car back I notice a vibration when reversing and in low idle….. and so I bring it RIGHT back in to have it checked. Then I was told that my car is missing a bolt or that one is possibly threaded and needed to be replaced …. for $700……. What in the hell??? And my car was already off the lift and I was never ever shown what was what. This was completely and totally bulllshit treatment! I have also spent a lot of money on a newer vehicle w your dealership just a short time ago. This car that I recently brought in that I am referring to is a perfectly well maintained classic car. A Toyota Celica GT 1996 convertible. I am completely unhappy w your mechanic and with your dealership! ****-****-xxxx Erica
