I only didn't say yes because I was asked if I'd like my car washed, & it wasn't. Not a big deal, but, I was a little bummed when I was driving home and realized it hadn't been washed. Again, that's my only complaint. Staff is great!

Mr Galletti greeted me with a smile and immediately got to work on typing up my truck's problem. He was polite, professional, efficient, and his physical appearance was clean and well dressed. At the conclusion of my visit, he provided me with a description of the findings and gave me instructions on how to proceed, he also advised me of potential extended warranty coverage that may apply. I was quite anxious and appreciated his calm and pleasant demeanor.

When we got home the back hatch would not open. But. I called and a lady said if any windows were open it would not work. That 2as not the case. Then she said maybe the button in glove box needed resetting. This is what happened. It was a good thing I could get glove box open. No big thing it worked out. But when filter was replaced. Button should have been rechecked. Other wise it went fast and ok.

I was given an estimate of $7,000 to replace an issue. As it turned out, it is not a problem but no one at Toyota told me that. 2nd opinion saved me $7,000
