Nic is very knowledgeable and was very helpful to me. Because of my experience with the service department at Toyota of Puyallup I will send friends there to benefit from their great service department.
Elizabeth was very helpful as well as the gentleman that checked me out. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name but he was very helpful as well.
Jessica was great to work with. I did get home to find some deep scratches on the side. I'm not sure if a hose was dragged in it and did it or if the car wash did :( super bummed because they weren't there before and I noticed it right away

Nicolas clearly explained what was going on with my little old '95 Corolla. He ordered the parts need to fix her and set up my next appointment and said he would reserve a loaner car for me.
Also, there was an older black gentleman who greeted me, recorded my mileage, and opened the service door for me. I am sorry I did not get his name but his caring and upbeat demeanor truly set the stage for a very pleasant experience.
My car makes weird noise sometimes when I push the break, its like near my cat sheild, and my car wasn't washed completely. my back window, Top of the car and one side wasn't washed.
Nic was outstanding. He has always provided great service.
Elisabeth explained about my getting another Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan, picked the one she thought best to meet my needs, told me when to get it to get the most benefit, and then answered my questions. She was very patient and took the needed time to make sure I understood everything. She was wonderful and knowledgeable and represented Toyota of Puyallup very well!!

Andrea was amazing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere any business she was outstanding. It was with the service department text that were terrible a list of 10 things wrong with my car over $2600$ worth of work that they said needed to be done as a total scam took it to two separate places they couldn’t find any of the errors of your scam service department. I will be referring everyone to go elsewhere. What a scam Toyota dealership service department has become, I will letting all my friends know and anyone who talks about needing a car to go somewhere else because you Toyota Of Puyallup are scammers
Rebecca was great, the person that set my recall appointment said 3-4 hours and it took 7, I’m not sure what takes 7 hours so that was my only frustration.
Jessica was so helpful about letting me know the status of my vehicle while it being repaired which gave me piece of mind knowing that someone was there to help me.
Per the work order, the vehicle was supposed to be washed, this did not happen. It would also appear that the dash was taken apart and debris was found on the floor mats. It would have been appreciated if the tech had cleaned up. All the items on the dash and in the cup holders were tossed in the back seat. Would have been nice if somebody would have put everything in a bag or something? Considering this is the 4th time this vehicle has been in for the same repairs I would have expected more. Check in to check the vehicle in and get it back is always a challenge. The folks behind the counters always seem angry and never acknowledge you standing there.
