This is my second interaction with the service dept. both times on entering I felt an unwelcoming feeling when I approached the desk both instances I was told we’ll be with you, even though no one else was before me they would shuffle papers around as though busy giving me no eye contact.
As so as someone else entered they were greeted and taken care of during this time I was seated waiting, I seated myself while they shuffled their papers pretending I wasn’t there.
Another asked if I was being helped after saying no I was waited on

Even though I didn’t need you to rotate my tires, there’s been a low tire pressure warning light on. Nothing was done about it. Still on.
I liked how my service person Chance made me feel ! He set me at ease and answered all my questions. He had a smile and was happy it seemed to help me and others. Gave me a time to expect my car to be ready. As it turned out the car was done early! Came out to get me when my car was ready! I would like to have Chance again!
The whole experience was thoroughly pleasant today. As usual, no surprises nor deviations from the great service I have come to expect from this dealership. Jessica was a consummate professional.
I mean, what can I say. It was a great experience!
I had some maintenance alerts on my vehicle to xheck out, they were not fixed. The only thing that was fixed was the AC, that was not t h e only thing. I had LTA malfunction, Headlight system malfunction and pre collision system malfunction alerts on my vehicle and they still show on my dashboard. I don't know how that could be missed. Besides my car stayed in your shop for more than 25hr, and the next day I had to insist to get my vehicle back. I am disappointed.

I was told that my tires measured at a 5 with tread depth. However, I found that strange, since I also just recently purchased tires from another manufacturer. I brought it back to that company as I have a warranty on the tires and expressed how Toyota said I needed new tires and asked me if I wanted to purchase new ones. The gentleman scanned my tires and had them evaluated and it turns out. The measurements were drastically off. Considering I was at an 8 in tire depth on all tires. I truly felt this Toyota mechanic was trying to build profit for the company and take advantage of a customer. This is why people are skeptical to go to dealerships, because some mechanics write things up to take advantage of the consumer. I’m honestly irritated and may never come back to this store.
This was the second time it was brought in for the tire pressure indicator not working. The other items were taken care of .
