Andrea was kind, friendly, and informative. It was my first time at the service department and she didn't shame me for parking in the wrong area, instead she told me I was free to park in the designated area next time. She gave me a time frame for service length and was informative when everything was done. Thank you!

This was the worst experience I've had with servicing at your dealership as the ball was dropped in several occassions. I was misquoted on recommended servicing. Even after I checked about the long wait I was once again told incorrect information and waited even longer, only to find out the service that was supposedly being conducted was actually not done. I feel like I wasted an additional hour for nothing and it could've been avoided. Especially after I specifically called it out. I was visibly upset and the service advisor had unprofessional responses. I had to leave after waiting so long but later called and requested a manager to call me about this situation and was told Rick would call me in about an hour. He did not call back as expected. Another dropped ball, not what I would expect from an authorized dealer to a long time customer.
