This was the worst experience I've had with servicing at your dealership as the ball was dropped in several occassions. I was misquoted on recommended servicing. Even after I checked about the long wait I was once again told incorrect information and waited even longer, only to find out the service that was supposedly being conducted was actually not done. I feel like I wasted an additional hour for nothing and it could've been avoided. Especially after I specifically called it out. I was visibly upset and the service advisor had unprofessional responses.
I had to leave after waiting so long but later called and requested a manager to call me about this situation and was told Rick would call me in about an hour. He did not call back as expected. Another dropped ball, not what I would expect from an authorized dealer to a long time customer.
