Jessica did a superior job resolving my issue by doing research on what the features were on the Toyota Corolla Sedan and then she presented them to me. She is an excellent employee that deserves a raise.

I have my appointment at 9:45 am and they give me my car back at 3 just to change the brakes, I get 1 or 2 hours but almost 5 h? Come on
Clearly identified the work to be done and identified linkage of brake and parking brake work that could be done in conjunction that reduce cost. We were treated very well by Becca.
The amber used to come on when you pushed the trunk key fob and now they don’t. Please repair them.

This is the second visit Ive had for the same problem. Again I got the same response and the problem continues.
Appointment was easy to make. The work was done faster than expected. Staff was professional and friendly. Shuttle driver was friendly and respectful. I am very pleased with the service and outcome.
Nic is very nice and very knowledgeable. He treated me with care and was very helpful and understanding of my frustration with the issue with my car. I would recommend Nic to anyone.
