During check in, I asked him to check the rattling noise under the car. He said he would but did not update me at checkout. I also ask him to quote some costs for new tires. After the oil change I ask about the tires price. He pointed at the paperwork on counter & stated that he was very busy. He then said that I could look online for prices. The worst customer service experience at this location thus far.

I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago to get oil change and told them brakes sounded real bad. They changed oil and I was told brakes were fine and that there was some rust. A few weeks went by and horrible noise continued and I took it back and said something must be wrong. They did find that the brake pads and rotors needed to be changed. For this reason I question the service the first time around as seems they didn’t do a good job on it.

The cost of diagnostics, The cost of repair are absolutely atrocious. Not to mention the fact that you guys are passing a 3% fee onto consumers for every transaction is sickening. Most places I'm familiar with are trying to impose this 3% fee especially when credit cards are used and let me tell you from working for a credit card company this is absolutely not acceptable and technically not allowed. As a business you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to pass the cost of accepting credit cards or otherwise on to the consumer in order to mitigate costs on your end.
