Requested oil change, tire rotation, all point check. Indicated front left tire was losing air. When car was returned I ask about tire losing air, and was told it was only the weather. When I got to my car and checked they DIDN'T rotate tires. Went back in and had them rotate the tires, they still did check air pressure in any if the tires. Pressure still low I that tire, now on the back left......NOT HAPPY WITH TODAY SERVICE. I have never had an issue with service before today.
I asked for fluids to be topped off, my anti freeze fluid was missed, I did receive a sticker to show when the next oil change was due.. I called on Tuesday to add additional services along with my oil change.. when I arrived I was told it wasn’t on the ticket..
The employee John that helped me was great answering all my questions made me feel comfortable and welcomed good job on his behalf car took a little longer than expected for a oil change and the price went up a bit but all in all I am satisfied
I enjoy my visits there and am very satisfied with the customer service I receive. I would recommend this dealership to other people
