They took care of me well
I was satisfied with the service I received, however I at least thought I would get a car wash and or a vacuum when the oil change was almost $100
This was the second scheduled oil change that it took over an hour to do and I was the one that contacted them about my vehicle being in the parking lot and ready to go. The first time it was an hour and this last time, an hour and 20 minutes. I would understand if I had not made appointments but I specifically made them so I would be on the schedule. I shouldn’t have to approach the service desk and let them know my car has been in the lot, ready and done. The nice gentleman who helped me when I got there was with another customer but there were two other employees standing there that could have told me my car was ready. My family has purchased multiple Nissans from this dealership and always have our vehicles serviced here…very disappointed with the service recently.
