I brought my Pathfinder in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and AC recall. It ended up taking 3 hours from start to finish. I was a little irritated but John did a great job checking on me while I waited. It wasn’t until a week later when I had to use my AC that I noticed it wasn’t even working. It was high 70’s and it had just rained and my vehicle was blowing stuffy air. To make matters worse my teenage girls wouldn’t let be roll down the windows because gosh forbid they have “Wind blown hair”. Being super frustrated I left a frustrated review. Dustin was on it! He called me within 5 minutes! I waited until the next day to call him back because nobody wants to talk to a frustrated woman who doesn’t have AC. Dustin came and got my vehicle the next day and dropped off a loaner which was above a beyond great customer service. He brought it back the same day with the AC working and the exterior spotless. Dustin did an amazing and definitely doesn’t **** at his people skills.
