Thank you I was treated very courteously and well by Bobby. He answered my questions and didn’t seem to mind at all when I asked for a follow up explanation. My father was a mechanic, and he always tried to explain to customers what was going on with their vehicle.

John bends over backward to be friendly and helpful. Someone told me that if someone complains about anything, it goes against the rep who helped me even if it had nothing to do with him (like bad coffee or noise in the waiting room). If that's true, don't do that! Employees need to know you're fair. Thanks for asking.

Thanks. Noticed an oil leak now in my driveway- went in and tightened drain bolt slightly to see if that's what it is. Was oil under the filter too but nit sure if just wasn't cleaned properly after draining. Cleaned up under and will see if it leaks anymore and from where.

Robert was very good to work with. I’d give him a 5 star. I was very disappointed in your service manager. I got an estimate to fix my truck and told Robert I was going to get a second opinion while we were waiting on parts to come in. I did and had a quote for 30% less. When I called and canceled my appt I was charged $160 re stocking fee on parts that had not even come in yet. As a customer who has purchased 3 Nissans from this location and gotten 100% of my work done here, I was surprised. Restocking fee, really. What does it cost to order a part? Nothing. My Nissan truck has 145,000 miles and I was getting ready to get a new truck. This stunt will make it hard for me to purchase it here. Agin Robert and Amy are great to work with. Your service Manager may need to take a longer term view when it comes to customer service. He made $160 off me but lost all future service and tire work. Thanks.

I took my car in to have my tire fixed and they didn't fix it. I got it fixed on Monday got in my car in Tuesday for work and it was down again
