The tech forgot to clear the check engine light. Luckily I have a scan tool and was able to clear it myself, otherwise it would have required another 30 minute trip back to have it cleared.

Your staff members are well versed in welcoming customers. My vehicle displayed a MIP warning. A month ago I brought it in for correction. Unfortunately, the initial work did not fix it. I returned for a part replacement. With the 12 month warranty I feel satisfied with the service. Thank you.

I'm so glad Amy is back with Reiselman. She has been my go to service advisor for over 5 years. She's always provided my wife an I with excellent customer service and being an honest person that I can trust. We knew we had the right service advisor when during covid there was a line of 6 people plus me an when a open service advisor asked "who is here for Amy?" We all raised our hand. That solidified to us that she will always provide the best customer service anyone could ask for. Amy you are the best and soo glad you are back!!!
