Joshua wasted no time checking me in even though I was late for my appointment. I was truly thankful. I was all settled in with a cup of hot chocolate when Joshua informed me that my service was complete. He also, informed me of a several key facts about my vehicle and it's operation. Brought car in for oil change and ask about tire rotation. I was told it was 29.99. So I said I can do it myself when I get home. We'll when they where finished I was told I owed 35 dollars, and I asked what for. He said for rotating the tire like you asked I said no I asked if it cost and then I said I didn't want it done. Anyways my wife said screw it I'll just pay for it. Well when we get to Saint Joe to eat I looked at the tire they have not been rotated. The ones with the most ware are still in front. Also you can look in the lug nut holes and they are still full of dust from our gravel road. Plus rims are still dusty you would see hand makes from when they took them off to move them.
Outstanding job at making me the customer feel confident and assured that my vehicle was getting and receiving the service , maintenance and diagnostic requested at an outstanding level of professionalism and service with a smile.
He was very efficient and took care to help me with some minor technical issues I was not able to figure out.
