I have taken my 2014 Infiniti Q50 to Rieselman 4 times for the same issue. Originally, I had the car for an oil change & filter & also 100k mile work up including spark plugs. The engine light came on shortly after, it was having a rough start, & I took it back to Rieselman. I was told by JD that a tech didn’t install properly, they fixed it & I went on my way, only to be back within a couple weeks for the same problems. This time I was told it was a faulty spark plug, so again they “fixed” it & sent me on my way. Shortly thereafter, my engine light came on again, rough start, & even some of the dashboard was shorting out. It doesn’t do this all the time now- it’s sporadic. I took it again to Rieselman & they had it all day & it’s still not fixed. Strangely for no rhyme or reason the check engine light sporadically comes on & off still. My husband has a code reader & says it’s the same spark plug but for some reason, no one can figure it out. I’m usually a very patient person & also deal in customer service, but I’m frustrated. It’s a pain to arrange transportation to/from Rieselman & to/from work & home with no car. I realize my Infiniti is 9 years old, but it seems that a spark plug issue shouldn’t be so challenging to get fixed. This is no fault of either tech (JD or Amanda), who are both super kind & professional. At this current moment, I’m waiting for the engine light to come back on so I can I guess bring it back to Rieselman. Perhaps a manager can reach out to me? You have my phone # & my email address is
