Did not care for the way they were talking about their customers. I felt like I was a huge inconvenience by coming in on my scheduled appointment time. Also waiting on headlight’s from the recall from 2 years ago and we’re ordered 2 years ago.

The man at the service station was cussing. I was unaware that making an appointment “did nothing except mean that I could talk to someone at the service department” I asked for a tire rotation and it was not done, I did not stay to have it done since it took more than 2 hours for the oil change

I wish your dealership was closer to my house. This was the second time you helped me with an issue that other Nissan dealers were unable to resolve. Bobby Leslie was straight forward and great to work with. I didn’t get the names of the other service staff around him, but they were personable and friendly as well. On top of the scheduled work, I want to give a shout out to the technicians for squeezing in a last minute request transmission fluid change on a busy day. Thank you!
