I took a wrong turn on my way to my service appointment and toured the back country. I saw a new quick trip and pulled in for directions. The clerk was very precise with written and verbal directions. I called the service department and explained I will be late and may need to reschedule she said I could still come in. I said ok if I can find you. With the good help of the quick trip clerk I went right to you. Then I drove into the wrong garage had to back out and go around to the double doors. Over an hour late the service department got right to work. Showed me the waiting area and I took a relaxed breathe. Amy brought my keys to me and told me everything was finished with no problems. A big thank you service department rescue
Ami is the best. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Between her and Zack Irminger I know I’m in good hands. Seriously, I trust her and I like the fact she keeps me on track with my vehicles but also takes time to ask about my job and my daughter’s sports teams. She’s just the best part of your very good maintenance team. Thank you :)

Weston explained everything to the tiniest detail. I super appreciated his transparency, his knowledge and his professionalism. My only regret (which had nothing to do with Weston, I think) was when they gave me an estimate minus the main part (the axle) which added $1300 to the original quote. Weston was apologetic and I understand mistakes happen, but still... overall, I'm very happy with the work that was done and with Weston.
