The information I received over the phone was completely erroneous, 2x what was quoted over the phone. I almost think the whole of Nisssan is nothing but bait and switch (this happened at Woods as well); surely it’s not incompetence! The service lead did her best to accommodate me short of giving me what I was quoted over the phone. She saved you money but lost a customer in the process. She did her best but was hamstrung by whomever did the phone work.

Alyssa was very professional, detailed, personable, and understood what I wanted to address on my vehicle. She and the service technician identified an issue, suggested resolution, but resolved on-site so there would not be necessary to address in future and avoid additional costs. A BIG thumbs up!!

I was in on a Saturday afternoon for a recall on my vehicle and the service was great from the moment I walked in the door. My car was finished in a hour and I was given a window of wait time to be 3 to 4 hours over the phone. Very satisfied with my visit.
