I want to start off by saying I appreciate the GM's working together and helping me get a discount on this issue. In regards to the service I received from Bobby, I was highly disappointed from the beginning of this process to end. At each step, I had to ask to escalate to a GM to get my concerns even heard. My concerns in the beginning were disregarded and at the end I had to wait for fixes for over a month I found out parts were never ordered. I had given Bobby the approval on March 7th and even responded to Nicole Ritters on March 7th stated that I told Bobby that I approved. This is documented via text on March 7th at 4:03 to Nicole. I really did not understand why I received this poor service especially when the issue should have been covered by warranty months/ a year ago.

I have been a Reiselman service customer since I moved to the KC area. The last two oil change visits I have asked that my front passenger seat belt be checked since it was stuck and incapable of use. My daughter took the car for service today and for the 2nd time did not receive t assistance with the non-functioning seat belt. The first time she was told no one was available to check it and today was told $129 would be charged to merely diagnose the issue. The attendant then had the audacity to state that I needed new tires and that they were all a safety issue. She also recommended that we purchase 4 tires before driving out of town. My daughter pointed out the contradiction in her concern for safety to no avail. We will be searching for a new service department next time. Disappointed to say the least.
She was welcoming, friendly, helpful,and considerate. Made it an excellent experience.
