Very nice lady with great customer service
I was told the service would take 2 hours to complete. Service was completed in 3 hours, I would have appreciated if someone had informed me that there was a delay due to a spark plug was broken during removal. Even though I was given a discount it was disappointing that reason for delay wasn't told until I asked about delay.
Bobby was very nice. Kept me informed and I was surprised with the quick car wash.
I was nervous about having to bring my car in for a recall fix and having to bring my baby with me but he made it an experience that was better than I could have imagined. I am so grateful!
Been coming to Ami for years she’s always fantastic. Unfortunately the dealership is no longer honoring benefits that were received when i purchased the vehicle (lifetime oil changes) so sadly we won’t be coming back. That just feels like bad business.
I’ve come to this Nissan a few times and all of my experiences prior have been great! My most recent visit however was not the best. The advisor was not friendly and did not follow up on text messages when I asked for an update which defeats the purpose of giving us that option.I had to go to the service desk to ask for an update and on top of that my wait was longer than any other time I’ve been. I was truly disappointed with the service, I now feel uncomfortable and don’t want to have service at this location which is unfortunate because I don’t live too far away and every other time was great for me. I understand we all have our days but to take it on a paying customer is never okay.

If the survey offered a third choice, it would be part Yes and No. A) Am I satisfied with the individual staff members? Absolutely! They did what they could with a tough scenario, and even explained it with empathy. Wonderful! I look forward to working with them again. B) Was it a pleasure to transfer to another Nissan service center due to a long cue for specialty work? Not so much. Still, I totally understand shortages of technical staff.
