Service was great, but waiting over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable.

No problems great job

I know my car is OLD (20+yrs)! It has close to 100K miles on it. The Germain Toyota technicians had installed new battery & alternator previous week. The following week I drove it right back to Germain Toyota after it FAILED to START after 3 or 4 attempts.(It initially made slight clicking sound & dashboard would light up like it had done when brought in previous visit.) It then started. I kept it running,drove straight to Germain. Told Teresa it still had same problem. I INSISTED on having a NEW STARTER! (Battery & alternator were replaced on my previous visit there.) When my car was 'ready' she said simply said she would have to have her "electrician look at it". I didn't get any paperwork,pay anything or set up next appointment. I am more than a little annoyed! At age 75 I find rapid high tech changes to be overwhelming and disconcerting. However,I still know my "MONEY" spends like everyone else's.
