Chris not the contact person, but he is a good advisor regarding what is required to be done for my vehicle during the service period. He is a very polite and very knowledgeable person. Since I moved from Minnesota this is where I bring my car for service and every time I have a question Chris is always there for me. He is like a good friend to me.
Today wasn't the beginning of my service visit with Mrs Teresa Wilson. Yesterday I called the service department to talk to Teresa, I left a message. She called me right back to see what was my issue. I told her what my issue was and she set my appointment up for today. She was on top of my issue right from the start. Teresa got me taking care of. She was very professional and I would come back to Germain Toyota again. Teresa thank you for getting me in for my appointment so quickly. I totally appreciate your help yesterday and today..

Cody was not only professional and knowledgeable, but he was very patient and kind with me. He took the time to explain to me what my plan offered for me today. He also made me aware of what I need to have completed on my next service visit. I will now be able to budget that amount. I was very pleased and satisfied with my Germain Toyota experience. Cody was a large part in making me feel that way.

Teresa Wilson did a great job maintaining contact with me through the 16 days you had my vehicle. She was able to use the contact information I provided to help use my warranty (which I had never used before). This saved me over $3,000.00 .
What I’m not pleased with is how many repairs are necessary for a vehicle I’ve owned less than a year. I brought the vehicle in for scheduled maintenance twice now. With the 8k from last June, this vehicle has had over 15k of repairs. I bought the vehicle for just under 20k and am not looking forward to the next scheduled maintenance.

Service was excellent and fast.
The service department told me I had a nail in my left front wheel and the tire was going to cost $435 to replace. I asked him if they took the nail out she said no left it in so I was not gonna pay $435 for one tire so I paid the bill then I left went to discount tire I told them I had a screw I my tire and it was 1/8 inch screw not even penetrated in my tire. They removed it zero cost to me saved $435. Not going to trust Germain again Loss a Loyal Customer
