Mr Koch felt an inspection was in order due to how often the tire sensor light was turning on and the age of the car. Nothing was found wrong with the sensor, but he explained it was a matter of time before one or most may need replacing.
It was definitely a frustrating experience, but Matt really came thru in the end. He really went above & beyond, I feel he's a great asset for Germain
