Always attentive and clear
Two hours snd 15 minutes for an oil change is insane. My vehicle is one year old. If they say it was because of rubber strip that came off under luggage rack bar,!it did not get attached. It needs to be ordered. This is a repeat issue with your service department. They are NOT timely.
It took too long. They couldn’t find the tire for almost 2 hours that they ordered for me & I had to wait for 5 days. Thank you for finally putting it on. Haha.
My 2015 Avalon Limited runs perfectly and is paid for. I have no desire to undertake another car payment while retired and on a fixed income. As long as my car is correctly serviced and runs well, I will keep and drive it.

The service department is open until 7:00 but we came today at 6:30 to discuss the matter and everyone we needed to talk to went home at 5:00.

Non of the fluid level were topped off. I talk to service advisor before they took my truck for service. Low in fluid level like power string, coolen, brake fluid were low
