I am very disappointed with the Nucar Lannan Chevrolet of Woburn. I have a 2022 Chevy Tahoe z71 it's new very little mile , I took my car twice I told them the problems and they didn't want to fix it saying they hadn't found it , for the third time I leave my car there for 8 days and they will say that I don't think anything, I don't think it's the problem. the third time the store manager walked with me and he heard the noises he was making and the sensor light not coming on , both problems are serious I don't know what his problem is with me, I didn't want to fix my car. it's under warranty, it's been 20 days since this noise started I have all the documents that I took my car there to get fixed and they didn't want to do anything I want to know what we are going to do and two problems that are happening I took my car to the right place to fix it he is from Chevrolet, I don't know why he didn't do the work on the car I am very upset with the he is from Nucar Lannan Chevrolet of Woburn. they are not responsible, letting the car leave the store saying it is ready and it is not, this is a lack of professionalism, with the Chevrolet company, which has the best cars I've ever had and the third Tahoe I have are great the first 2018 Tahoe lt second 2021 Tahoe z71. third 2022 tahoe z71 , I want my car fixed faster, but never again at Nucar Lannan Chevrolet of Woburn. It truthfully I had a service tech that went above and beyond to explain every aspect of what was needed to repair my truck , his knowledge of an engine and customer service is unexplainable … the mechanic was Angelo and knows his job and an engine ,,: I am extremely grateful for the knowledge and customer service I received

Was told the service was gonna take an hour.! 4 hour later I called to see if the car was ready..I was told they might not have time to look at my car that day..I picked up the car at 5:30 pm nd they told me they didn’t have time to look at my car..
The service was great. Would go again!
