Every time, I visit this dealership which I bought my new car from, has missed all the details in customer service. They might greet you nicely, but mechanics pay no attention to dealing with the small stuff. When I purchased my car brand new, some of the key features wasn’t working due lack of pre trip inspection, missing fuses, power windows, fog lights, detailing. Second time, coming in for an oil change, they never reassembled the air filter system under the hood. Third time for a general inspection, car came back with mechanic grease all over side door panel and inside.
