While the service folks were friendly and helpful I was a little discouraged that it took almost 90 minutes to complete an oil change. I made an appointment and feel that my car wasn’t a priority. I’ve never had this routine procedure take that long. Not sure if that is standard for your service department?

As a senior particularly helpful with mature vehicle discount. Had significant work done and had to leave the car overnight. Shuttle service was extremely helpful and well done. Nick is an excellent employee.

This is the second time I’ve had my car in where I mentioned I needed it back mid afternoon but did not hear anything until after my work day ends and I am stranded at work. It’s the lack of hearing anything that is frustrating. A simple call saying things are running behind schedule would give me the time to plan things appropriately. Instead the first time I learned my car needed to be finished overnight. And today I didn’t hear anything until 515. This leaves me scrambling and frustrated. I service 3 cars with boch Honda. And it’s this type of experience that makes me consider going elsewhere

I noticed that after I got all my new tires changed, the rims was marked & scratched. It looked ugly which made me disappointed with the service. Actually, all the rims were very nice & clean before I got the new tires changed. I bought my car at Boch Honda West , brand new CRV EXL ,2019 .

This is my 2nd time of disappointment and perhaps last time. I got my oil change done today and was charged double of what I was initially quoted during appointment booking. Please stop advertising your 69.99 oil change for the sake of god.

Eric took my call late one night about my car not starting. He gave me a solution that worked and got me in for repair the very next morning. Eric was excellent in communication and my car was delivered repaired and on time.
