I was really glad to have worked with Paul. He was attentive, polite, transparent about the cost breakdown, and helped make a chaotic morning just a smidge less crazy (which was greatly appreciated)! I do wish that Honda sold some parts separately rather than as an entire assembly though. I was also surprised after he provided a service quote for a minor issue that I had been quoted nearly 2.5X more for at a different Honda service provider. I’ve had other service providers not address the issue I came in to have fixed before which can be frustrating, but at Boch Honda, I felt confident driving away. Kudos to the service team for a job well done!

Paul was wonderful and knowledgible as he kept me updated throughout the two days after a difficult auto experience during a snowstorm. He also offered a driver to pick me up when my car was ready. I hope he is my service tech again!
