After purchasing 4 new vehicles from this dealership throughout multiple owners over past 20 years and servicing through dealer, worst experience ever. Significant lack of communication from service dept regarding status of repair. My car was meticulously maintained at Nucar, all oil changes, 45k and 90k service. Brought in for routine 90K service at NuCar on 1/11/23 and 6 days later on 1/17/23 transmission seized. Car was towed to dealer on the same day. Rep Kevin P was out sick and no one in the service department communicated with me as to the status of my car. I had to chase down repair status updates, making numerous calls. I was given inaccurate information from Rep regarding price of routine service, price of repairs, date my car would be ready etc. Final charges were more than 4 times the original amount quoted. My car was in the service department for 24 days, and sat 10 days after replacement transmission arrived. Car was originally promised by rep Kevin in 2/3. Car wasn't ready until 2/10. Fortunately GM Steve Alessi was very responsive and took care of the situation which included additional rental expense and adjustment to final bill.
