change engine oil message was displayed when I pick it up, should have told me so I could have oil changed while it was there for other work. poor communication about when it would be ready. left several voice mails over day originally expected. parts warrived next day. mid morning didn't if it would be done, finished at 430. difficult to make plans when I have no idea when the vehicle will be ready to pick up.
Marc did a great job keeping me informed also the technician did a great job car was returned clean. Was a great experience.
