The service lady left me feeling embarrassed for wanting to split payments. I just didn’t anticipate having the buy anything other than the what the appointment was for. She didn’t explain the bill or if the coupon I had was even used on it. Just to end it all with my car windows and the sunroof to be open while it’s snowing.

He took the car in promptly when I arrived. He went over everything beforehand, kept me up-to-date during the process, and had the car ready for me about 45 minutes earlier than even I had expected. He then went over everything very clearly on the invoice, and I was on my way. That's great service.
