I don’t have a problem with Jason’s service, but I have serious problems with Acura’s service and their lack of response to my issue that took two months to rectify. In addition, I was given conflicting information from Acura‘s customer care center department, who is supposed to have all the correct answers. If they had given correct information to begin with this whole issue would’ve been resolved much sooner.
The whole service experience was exceptional. Joe kept me up-to-date, and my car was returned to me at the original promised time! Joe does an excellent job, and the whole service team is awesome.
