I usually get my car serviced and there is a video from the mechanic that works on my vehicle. But this time there was no video, I had a rim repaired, front brakes done plus my front rotors re serficed. It gives us the customer a piece of mind and a close look at our vehicles. Jason was polite and professional , I did ask him about this before leaving but he said he didn’t have one. One thing I did notice with the loaners I appreciate the courtesy vehicle while mine is repaired, however the loaner was very dirty I did point it out to Jason before leaving the dealership, maybe they can be vacuumed and wiped down when brought back?

I come in regularly for oil changes and general service checks. The team is very responsive and helpful and the work seems to be done well. I however have had issues with the reports of my car being washed and vacuumed the last 3 times. I know this is a minor thing yet when I am repeatedly told it has been done and it very clearly has not, I get frustrated. I would rather not have this service than be disappointed when getting in my car.
I asked at the mat to be vacuumed and cleaned. This is not the first time that the car has come home without having the mats cleaned. It’s not a hard thing. Other than that the service department is excellent but it’s the little things that you were now forgetting that Dave would not have a loud out the door.
