Brian has always been courteous, polite, and competent...a great asset to Acura and Schaller.
Brian is always professional but he is also friendly and always asks about our family and I very much appreciate that added effort.
I know I was in for an oil change, but when asked if there’s anything going on with the car and I mention that since having my windshield replaced the piece above my rearview mirror was broken. I was told they’d try and fix it. I thought they did when I was driving away and later on in the day it fell off again. Worse this time. It broke into 3 pieces.
