For all the years that I have come to the dealership and have my vehicles worked on the technician that worked on my vehicle the music system in the vehicle was touched and now the system is messed up and the actual vehicle owner is so pissed off I will be coming in on Monday demanding to talk to a manager and file a report this service I am not happy or satisfied about never did I have to place a service report and this is one that I am not happy about when it came to the service done on the vehicle

If def disappointed in the service this visit. I came in a shared that my car is making a noise and couldn’t wait to see the video because I believed it was my brakes. Unfortunately, I never received the video and was told they would send it after asking for it. I also had to pull my car back in because all my tires were different sizes and it stated on the paperwork that they check tire pressure. My car is now making a louder noise and I just was there and could’ve gotten work done if necessary.

Just wondering if topping off washer fluid is part of the service? I left the dealership Saturday and in my way to new London and completely ran out after one use which tells me it wasn’t topped off at all. Also no sticker on my windshield for my next oil change that I use as my reminder? Are those no longer used? Thank you

I’d like to know how I can get the grip or handling on my vehicle adjusted. I I I prefer it to be tighter. It just feels loose after today’s tire rotation and balancing. I’m surprised the technician didn’t recommend an alignment for me today. Maybe that will do the trick. Aside from that Joe was phenomenal and far exceeded his customer service efforts not only today, but on the my previous visit as well a a week or two prior. Thanks Joe! You rock!

Overall not too good for first time My reminder was not reset after a oil change. Also was told my brake fluid was low and recomed changing fluid. It would have been nice just to top off the brake fluid even thought I declined service at the time
