Discover a manufacturer issue with the left mirror. The service team there confirmed the defect by test driving a different car same year and model as mine. I hope this gets escalated internally so a fix can come in the future.

I would have liked to have spoken directly with Gary about what they did and found. I had to call him myself, we played phone tag, and he had plenty of time to call me back and did not. As I told the other service consultant when I picked up my vehicle, if I have any problems again, I will be claiming lemon law on it. Absolutely unacceptable that a brand new car won’t start several times.
