She walked me to the payment area and said I could call her if I had any future questions. I definitely enjoyed working with her today.

I'm happy with all the work done on my car
The only person I have experienced poor customer service at the dealership is the older woman. She portrays the attitude on the phone and yesterday I experienced it in person of being annoyed with you. I live in springfield area and was told when I purchased the car that I would be able to have my vehicle picked up for service and returned to me. When I have asked for this when I make an appointment she says that is only for more extensive service. That is not what I was told when I got the car or the first appointment for an oil change. Other than her everyone makes you feel like your business is greatly appreciated. They are very polite and professional
