Jason and the receptionist/cashier who answered the phone and helped me were amazing. My tire got a nail on the side where it was unpatchable. I called them and told them I bought the wheel and tire package. They said come right in and changed out my tire. Great customer service from both of them. Thank you

No one checked the tire pressure. The real tire pressures were around 32 psi for the 35 recommended.

Have always had a positive experience with the service crew but I wasn’t satisfied with the recent service.Total cost of work was not verbally communicated to me and the work was approx $1,000 more than I was anticipating. Work is broken up into multiple jobs so it was not clear to me that the cost we discussed for brake work was only a part of the total cost. He mentioned we were “up to $1,500 + tax” when we discussed the work over the phone and I understood that to be the total cost for everything.Was never verbally told the total cost was “up to $2550”.
Joe is always helpful and knowledgeable,it’s always a great experience with the team they’re all professional and great at what they do.
