Keshanna’s service was terrific. I enjoyed working with her. My negative response is because the person I talked to when I called in to schedule a service appointment did not record it, so when I arrived at the dealership Keshanna didn’t find the appointment. Keshanna was very professional and assured me my car would be serviced. Other than the scheduling issue I was happy with the experience.
Don’t understand how an 18 month old battery can be low. Didn’t get an answer.
