Never spoke with Brian, but my brake squealing issue was described as normal when I picked the car up, which is not how I’d expect a luxury vehicle to behave. Also, if it were normal it should have been doing this consistently since day 1 and not show up a year into owning the vehicle. There are bulletins where Acura is trying to collect parts for this exact issue to determine the cause, e.g. https://dot.report/bulletins/10211110
Hopefully this can be resolved in future visits.
As always it was a pleasure to visit Schaller Acura to service my Acura. Brian keeps me updated throughout the process and I like the use of technology that makes it easier to understand what was found or in my case no problems found.

I was kept waiting for 90 minutes for a simple oil change, air pressure adjustment, and complimentary car wash. After 90 minutes, Keshanna apologized for the wait and that my car had not been washed. She offered me a coupon for a car wash. I said I preferred to wait another 30 minutes while Schaller service completed the washing and vacuuming. So after 2 hours, my car was ready. However, when I checked the air pressure, it was incorrect and needed to be adjusted. Keshanna apologized again and adjusted the tire pressure correctly.
My appointment was at 7:30 am for a software update. I was told it will take 30-40 minutes so I opted to wait. No body work on my car until like 9am. It was finished at 10:10. Why gave me the first appointment of the day and made me wait 2.5 -3 hrs. I could’ve been picked up and or run errands. Highly disappointed.
