I very much appreciate the team’s willingness to see my car quickly and also get me a loaner vehicle. That said, I think there was a miscommunication on the service repair. While on the phone scheduling the diagnostic, the representative said it could take a full day to diagnose, repair and dry up all the water, etc. I think the part regarding the water was missed as my car was returned with the water still in the vehicle. Just wanted to share my experience from what was discussed on the phone vs. the fix to my car was different than expectations. Thank you!
