Joe was exemplary as always. He went over the services I needed for my vehicle and also explained the work that was being performed. When it was discovered that I needed new rear brakes, he made certain that all my questions were answered. I didn’t feel rushed nor pressured with making a decision on any services performed. He also made sure my car was completed on time. I found that the video that the technician takes of my vehicle is a wonderful idea. It provides me with a better understanding of the work being completed and I learn more about my car and in turn helps me keep it running smoothly.

Ms. Osborne was an ideal service advisor. She discussed what I wanted addressed. Her knowledge was impressive and reassuring. She herself diagnosed the problems with cabin lighting and alert sounds that baffled us and fixed them by pressing a few buttons, all without sounding like she thought I was a clueless old guy. She predicted accurately how long the brake work would take. And she courteously and kindly helped out an old guy with a walker. Whomever hired her deserves a raise, as does she.
