Excellent service and customer service skills. She met my requests with no issues and understood my concerns.
Asked that tire pressure nit be adjusted. Service tech apparently didn't pay attention to to thr request at the top of the service page right above where it lists the services provided. During the ride home after vehicle was serviced notification center shows all 4 tires at different pressures. This was the only request I had. Rest of the service seems to be as stated.

I will call Gary in the morning. The leak Gary and Jason claimed they fixed is not fixed. I had trouble believing that the true source of the problem had been found. Jason told me ALL sunroofs leak. I have owned two MDXs both for over ten years and to date have not had a leak in any sunroof.
I was also annoyed that I dropped my car off early Wednesday morning with an appointment and did not receive updates on progress (which I asked for) and then discovered that no one looked at my car until Monday morning. Someone should have told me.

Jason was excellent from the beginning of this service all the way through to the end. He came out to my stranded vehicle a few blocks away to make sure that I made it safely to the dealership and he made sure that my repairs received the attention that they needed. Even though I did not have an appointment scheduled, he found a way to get me a loner car. Nothing short of excellent service!!!
